Professional Summary

I have spent over 20 years serving as the voice of the spectator inside planning rooms where decisions get made. My background spans guest experience strategy for live events, daily national broadcast television, and 15 years as executive right hand to founders and creative principals in entertainment, fine art, nonprofit, and real estate. At Jimmy Kimmel Live, I served as show concierge for green room talent and designed fan experiences end to end for the Hollywood Boulevard concert series. At SEE Global Entertainment, I managed rotating guest services teams for the immersive experience Louvre Fantastique in Chicago. I successfully translate audience and client needs into operational requirements, build bilingual web and digital products around end user journeys, and author briefings and frameworks ready for senior leadership review. I am comfortable shaping outcomes across legal, finance, marketing, security, and senior leadership when influence comes through standards and trust rather than formal authority.
